He has worked closely with manufacturing, sales, R&D and competency centric organizations. His experience includes small entrepreneurial companies, as well global enterprises. His consolidated experience enables him to be innovative and strategic in design, and practical and agile in implementation. His most recent role held was as Vice President People & Organization in Xellia Pharmaceuticals. A global specialty pharmaceutical company with close to 2000 employees.
