Talent to Value is owned by Bjørn Thonvold who has close to 30 years’ experience as a leader and executive within the People, Organization and Culture development business. The context of his professional roles and work has been global, local and multicultural in complex and agile business environments. He has worked closely with manufacturing, sales, R&D and competency centric organizations. His experience includes small entrepreneurial companies, as well global enterprises. His consolidated experience enables him to be innovative and strategic in design, and practical and agile in implementation. His most recent role held was as Vice President People & Organization in Xellia Pharmaceuticals. A global specialty pharmaceutical company with close to 2000 employees.
